On the occasion of Christmas 2017, Pandora sponsored the Christmas tree in Milan’s Piazza Duomo
Pandora's need was to create an event that would leave its mark, and that would be linked as much as possible to the image of the city of Milan, while at the same time giving maximum visibility to the charity project connected to it. In this context, Engitel has created the "The joy of giving" website, integrating two of its leading products: the CMS Spin & Go and the Digital Monitor.
By listening to the network thanks to the Digital Monitor, it was possible to trace the posts containing the hashtag #LaGioiaDelDonare on the various social networks and, thanks to the integration developed, find them automatically in the back office of the website. In fact, through Spin & Go the editorial staff receives, moderates and publishes the user’s posts who become contents on the website.
The work of Engitel has therefore allowed Pandora to recover all the posts what were published online, moderating them in real time and making it possible to create a social media wall that would integrate the social networks with the physical event on the website "The joy of giving"
