The Valduce Hospital is a non-profit organization founded in 1853 by Mother Giovannina Franchi and is managed by the congregation of the Nursing Sisters of Our Lady of Sorrows.
The hospital, which is part of the National Health Service, guarantees citizens health care services in the same way as for public facilities. The facility is accredited for 371 beds , of which 290 for acute care in the Como site and 81 for specialist rehabilitation in the Villa Beretta Presidium in Costa Masnaga.

The collaboration with Engitel was born from the need to have a new website with which to present the facility, the services offered and dialogue with its patients. Specifically, the main needs were three: to renew the website; integrate online booking platforms; make the use of information easy and intuitive .
Engitel has made the site more functional, modern and capable of "speaking to the public". The Spin&Go platform has adapted to allow the management of different content by focusing navigation on patient questions.
Thanks to the project developed by Engitel, surfers can ask real questions to the Hospital website or use the "Need help" tooltip always present on all pages of the site.
