UX / Service design Manager

Role description

We are looking for a UX / Service Design Manager with solid experience in the digital world, able to combine creativity and strategic vision with advanced technical skills.

The selected person will be responsible for designing effective and engaging digital experiences, coordinating and supporting a team of designers, collaborating with internal teams and clients, and contributing to the development and success of projects.

Main responsibilities

  • Conceive, design and optimize user interfaces and user experiences across different digital touchpoints.
  • Work closely with development, marketing and project management teams.
  • Manage and lead a team of designers, ensuring professional growth, motivation and alignment with project objectives.
  • Coordinate and support the work of the creative team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Manage direct relationships with clients, encouraging upselling opportunities and client retention.
  • Ensure the quality, consistency and usability of projects, using advanced design methodologies.

Required requirements

  • Experience: at least 5 years in UX / Product Design roles, within digital agencies, software companies or digital communication organizations.
  • Technical skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in Figma.
    • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
    • Knowledge of AI tools
  • Soft skills:
    • Leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentoring and people development.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Positive, proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
    • Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and identify commercial opportunities.
