EAT Restaurant was born out of collaboration between the group San Donato’s nutritionists and chefs of the JRE-Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe, at the house of La Madonnina. A new restaurant where the Italian tradition of diet is met with sustainability. Contamination of junk food in everyday environments including school, work, and travel is eliminated.

A site was dedicated to restaurant’s and menus in an Ipad version, all managed from a single back office.
