Various access levels can be defined for content. Web designers, copywriters, and end users can be assigned different access rights and capabilities, and different dates can be set for content publication and validity. All this is generated dynamically each time a user requests a specific web page. A specific caching system provides excellent performance for high-traffic portals, and Spin&Go can also provide static HTML pages in order to meet specific needs.
The system is designed to minimize the need for system administrators in positioning content within a web site. As a result, we have created a system that minimizes the risk that pages in a complex web site end up blank, poorly laid out, or with content that is poorly suited to the context.
Spin&Go organizes content into channels.
Channels are essentially sections of a web site, and each channel can be further broken down into a series of sub-channels to as many levels as necessary, thereby creating a highly detailed content navigation hierarchy. Content is then positioned within the various channels, which can then be associated with a diverse range of templates and graphics. The complexity of the changes to be made then determine what actions need to be taken. Once the general rules have been defined, system administrators (or specifically trained and authorized users) can do anything from altering the content hierarchy to making graphical layout changes.
Spin&Go is also multilingual, and channels can be structured differently for each language. User profiling is possible, too, both through responses to online questionnaires and by tracking how users visit the web site. Spin&Go can also interface with existing systems. Syndication is possible, as well, as is remote installation.
Contacts Manager is an innovation that makes online communication management both fast and simple.
With Contacts Manager, you can send text messages, e-mails, faxes, press releases, reports, newsletters, invitations, and more from just about anywhere. Contacts Manager provides advanced functions to manage large-scale mailing lists and has other features not found in Outlook. It can also be integrated with Outlook, Excel, and a wide range of databases.
The entire contact database is stored online (where it is secure and is backed up daily) and can be easily exported to mobile phones and other handheld devices, as well as synchronized with Outlook. From a Contacts Manager Internet address, you can send e-mail and faxes and see when they have been received and either confirmed or refused. All reports can be viewed online in real time and exported in a variety of formats.
